Transmitter, JR COLT Tx with RG613BX Mode 1

This is our first nostalgic transmitter - project C.O.L.T. Classic Old Looking Transmitter. While the transmitter is retro on the outside, with a 1960's feel, on the inside it features the latest in JR DMSS 2.4GHz technology. This is a multi-function 6 channel transmitter that is capable of supporting many aircraft. It has functionality normally only seen in more expensive transmitters.

The JR COLT is compatible with our XBus system. XBus compatible devices can be connected in series and adjusted through the transmitter. The durable aluminum frame is coated with a special heat treated textured paint. Most internal parts are made especially for the COLT. There is a high density, high visibility LCD located behind a protective front cover. All programming is done using the jog dial. The stick heads are specially designed for the COLT to achieve better thumb grip. Digital trims are standard. Power is provided by a Li-Fe battery (6.4V 1400mAh, 2F 1400) an optional Li-Ion battery (7.2V 3200mAh, 2L3200) is also available. The charging control circuit is built into the transmitter for both battery types.

The main power switch is located on the top of the transmitter. A green LED indicates that the power is turned on.
